Hi! I go by, Astra: from the North 🏔️. I am French Canadian, born in the Year of the Monkey 🐒. Those born under this sign are known to be clever problem-solvers, lively, adaptable, quick-witted, honest, and creatively innovative.

I was raised in a Catholic family, yet I never truly fit within the confines of organized religion. Left Catholicism in my teens and became a spiritual seeker! From as early as I can remember, I’ve always been a little strange and unusual. I was a peculiar child who saw ghosts and auras, lived in haunted houses, and experienced the paranormal firsthand. My imaginary friends are still with me!

Even then, I carried an innate understanding of life and death, along with vivid past life memories. In time, I came to recognize these gifts as the traits of an Intuitive Empath and Psychic Medium. My spiritual journey became one of seeking and learning — exploring countless metaphysical disciplines from around the world. And the greatest secret I discovered along the way?

My goal as a Crystal Therapist and Energy Practitioner is to help others awaken and activate their innate healing abilities — guiding the body, mind, and soul toward natural self-healing and balance. I strive to create a safe and sacred space where transformation, peace, and renewal can unfold.

The Primordial Mother is what I call 𝒮𝑜𝓊𝓇𝒸𝑒—the Divine presence from which all things emerge. I experience Her through the Void and through Kali Ma, who represents time, transformation, liberation, and the fierce, protective love of the Divine Mother. She asks us to face what must change, let go of what no longer serves us, and discover the wisdom and power already within ourselves.

My core beliefs are rooted in Animism and Śāktism, approached through a polytheistic worldview. I also lean towards Eastern philosophy. However, Deity work and Mantra/Yoga practices are deeply sacred to me and is the base of my spiritual discipline. Currently, my practice is centered on Śiva-Śakti devotion and a goddess-centered, solitary spiritual path.
